Personality: Lysandre is extremely confident in almost all his abilities, even those in which don't quite apply to him. He's very smug, and tends to be overbearingly manipulative at times. Complimented with his suave attitude, it's a rather double whammy for those he decides to bring distraught to. He can be very emotional, and flirtatious as well.

(Sorry he's in casual attire in the pictures and not his uniform B/) So, he pretty much looks extremely gay. He's thin, tall, and genuinely looks like what he is: a douche bag. He's tannish, amber eyes, brown hair, with some stubble he's obsessed with keeping perfect. He's sorta... hairy, if undressed. He has thick, but well kept, arched brows. Usually tries to wear some sort of makeup, or has an additional aspect to his uniform to spice up his appearance. (i.e. sassy gay scarf)

Likes:
Animals: Lysandre has always been keen to connect with the four legged bunch, rather than his fellow species. Most likely due to his hidden social awkwardness towards others, that he masks with resent.
Royalty: Considering Lysandre is extremely self absorbed, he loves being around royalty, for he likes to pretend as if he's part of their blood.
Titans: .... He may be a tad bit obsessed. His morbid fantasies are usually kept to himself, though he can't help but squeal when he hears the Survey Corps. coming back from a brutal fight. Which, evidently, he's also rather obsessed with the members of the Survey Corps. Reasons in which will not be disclosed here.
Dislikes:
Getting dirty: He could be considered a clean freak in general, but it applies even more when coming to his own personal hygiene.
Being touched: He really dislikes being touched without permission. Like, even if it's just a nudge he'll get 100% pissed, and disgusted with the entire world for a few minutes.
Nose bleeds: Unfortunately, Lysandre is extremely prone to nose bleeds due to the veins in his nose being thin. He usually gets 1-2 every day, which is why he always has a handkerchief handy. And let's just say it wasn't red when he got it.
Fears:
Being eaten by a female titan: Literally, not even kidding. He's sort of jealous of women as is due to being sort of latent about his homosexuality. So being eaten by the creatures he adores, but of the resented stature. Well, it'd just be devastating to him.
Being forgotten: It's not that hard to notice Lysandre, due to his usual loud, and proud voice shouting about whatever. But that simply sprouts from his eternal fear of being forgotten. By those he hates, loves, and doesn't even know.
Permanent damage: He didn't join the Military Police to just feel pampered, he also did because he would literally end his life if he lost a limb. Scars don't bother him that much, as long as they aren't too noticeable, or large.
Motivations:
Delusional dream of being Queen: He, for whatever reason, believes that if he stays close to royalty; that after this all ends, that he'll be crowned Queen.
Reactions: Sort of odd, but Lysandre lives for others' reactions (Applause plays faintly). He feeds of emotional connection, and adores any of it. Negative, positive, whatever.
Perfection: Lysandre dreams of being perfect, or really what he considers perfect. Though he already claims himself to be so, that is still one of his motivations.

Character History
On March 7, a baby boy was born in a small town house inside wall Rose, North-Eastish area. Born into a somewhat poor family, with no living family members besides his mother. Lysandre’s father had died mysteriously a few days before his birth, while outside of the walls when he was enlisted in the Survey Corps. (most likely was just eaten). Leaving his mother alone with no living family members, to raise a baby boy. She tried her best to provide for Lysandre, though her best, just wasn’t enough. At the young age of seven, Lysandre caught onto bad habits of stealing. Not from his mother, but from citizens, small businesses, and things of that nature. Soon, these habits, and his superior ability of never being caught, placed Lysandre into a gang at the age thirteen. At the age of twenty one, he began to show an interest in the Survey Corps., though his mother refused to allow him to enter. Which soon met a middle ground on Military Police. Though not too long later, a death struck the ‘family’, which was the last living family member of Lysandre. His mother had passed away when Wall Rose was breached by the Colossal Titan. After his mother had passed away, is when he began to adapt his nasty emotional habits with others.
Background: After his mother's death, he was honestly rather safe. His mother had been visiting the South side of Wall Rose, while Ly was at home in the North-East side. Though with his mom not returning home, and Military Police giving him the word that she was probably killed at the scene, he enter the training immediately. After those three years of suffering alongside comrades he didn't much care for, he finally graduated, and entered the Military Police. Being rather new so far, he hasn't had much experience doing anything. So far it's just been the typical collecting taxes, and serving alongside the King.
Extras: He has what would be considered a 'French accent' today, and a very heavy one. His voice is also somewhat deep.
It may be implied that Lysandre is something relate able to transgender. He has a very extensive desire to be called a girl, and seen as a woman. Though, isn't entirely sure himself. So, he just considers himself a gay dude, that's kinda like a girl.
Lysandre has partially tanned ( Ranked 15 on the Von Luschan’s chromatic scale) skin, he'd presumably be considered a French-Spanish individual.
