Neon tends to be a head first type of guy, making up plans that will deliver the best results. No more the cost, which tends to be his usual deal. He likes to have fun with people, mind games is what the correct term is called. Even using people to reach his goals, for example moving up in ranks for taking credit from others hard work. In battle he is calm and collected, and aimed for the best way to survive every encounter. Even if it means sacrificing his own soldiers, but who really cares about others. That was one of the motto's once he joined up with the MPB, advance or fall. That was the choice given, he only decides to advance and not be brought down. Despite all of his indecent traits, he has a soft spot for children because of his own reasons and likes to promote justice over corruption. When he is around children, he acts like a child and tells funny stories. It reminds him of how his brother and sisters were, before the accident.

He has a simple structure, his face is a little more lean. He has a athletic build with bangs that come down to the front of his face. Rather tall for his age, how long arms and legs. Has pink eyes, it's a rather rare color indeed. Raven hair, it's a nice color and goes well with anything. He is usually in uniform and off duty, wears nice silk clothing thanks to the CPB for having money. Has a grimm smirk on his face most of the time, but when he smiles it is like a bright light from above. Has a manly chin and a scar across his upper right side of the neck down to his lower left side of his chest.

Likes:
Quiet places-He likes to hide away from people and think for himself, planning upcoming events and relax from his stressful duties.
Mind games-He likes to play with people, usually making them believe in certain Grimm orders. letting soldiers fight themselves over stupid rumors or letting others leave with vague information.
Entertaining children-He likes to have younger kids come looking for him, teaching them new games, helping with assignments and even telling funny stories. Playing kids games is also one of his pass times for wasting time, when not on duty.
Dislikes:
Law breakers-He dislikes people that break the laws, usually because they have some stupid reason for it. Leaving him to deal with scum on the streets or even his fellow soldiers.
People who abuse others-He hates when people think that there better than others, breaking them down to the ground or even a group fighting one guy.
People who get in his way-He likes to do his job quickly, someone getting in the way of that or just to piss him off. Tends to be a very thorn to his side and would like to get rid of it permanently.
Fears:
Children dying-If there is one thing he hates, is watching children suffer. If titans were to breach the walls again, memories of his brother and sisters would cause him to break down.
Dying before he can complete his goals-He has a strong will to achieve the goals he had placed for himself, failing to complete such things would cause him to self-destruct and pity his own life.
Losing faith-If the war can never be resolved, why does the human race want to keep living. Would they really win the war and finally be free of those monsters.
Motivations:
Becoming a great leader-One day he would like to become a high ranking officer or even the king of the land.
Family man-He wants to have a small shop and family, just like his father had. Becoming more mature about his decisions but has a hard time with his position.
Giving Children a better future-He fights for the children of the next generation, hoping for a better tomorrow for them and the titan's threat to be gone.
Character History

Background:

Neon came from a big family, being the oldest of 5 had been a big job for himself. Growing up about two years apart from the second oldest. The starcrest family was known for there story telling and way with words. Growing with a quick witted family was different from the norm, we were still farmers but we had our fun. Neon took to his roots, being able to have a way with people and working with his father at the age of eight selling produce in the marketplace.

When he wasn't working with his father, he was taking care of his five younger siblings. Two brothers and three sisters, they always got on his nerves but he didn't really care. Always finding a way to have fun and calm there overactive natures. Years had passed by, he was now fourteen and was rather successful with his father's business. Everything was going good in the world, until the (fire nation) titans had attack his town.

The small town couldn't defend against the creatures, many were killed and included his entire family. That day, he could only remember his families screams as they were devoured by the titans. The monsters were something else, stronger than all of us but I was the only survivor of my family. It was soon after that I was enrolled in the military, I took my training seriously instead of just back breaking work.

Growing stronger from that day forward, instead of the care free kid that once stood. A cold alter ego had grown in it's place, focusing on achieving results and surviving battle. That was his goal, later down the line he had passed with high marks on his training. Only achieving top 4 of his class, but it was good enough for him.

Right after focusing on joining the MPB, using his top marks and intelligence to get a spot on the squad. Where he stood on the back-line defending the people and keeping the peace within the upper sections of the city. Despite all the bad things to be said of the MPB, they had power and that power could always be changed for a greater good....no matter how corrupted it may be.
