Personality: Arturo always thinks on the brighter side of things, though his expression doesn't always show it. Arturo is a man of zero motivation unless ultimately pushed by someone. Arturo has a tendency to be embarrassed by certain emotions and will try to deny them at all costs. He often attempts to push his limits to disprove the rumors of his lazy behavior. Though he detests work of mostly any kind he'll do it if only to contribute to the Legion's efforts or prove a point. He is somewhat confident in his ability to serve humanity as a member of the Scouting Legion. He strongly respects underdogs and the like. Their heart and will truly inspire Arturo. Arturo tends to value and take teamwork very seriously, often scolding selfish behavior. Despite this he actually detests the first steps of bonding. When it comes to titans, he dispatches them with a quiet fury. But some part of him has always found them a bit fascinating, driving him to become a researcher. Arturo's calm demeanor often allows him to see the benefit of the greater good despite results. He might not always agree with that sentiment but as long as it is in the name of humanity, he will honor it.

Character History
Background: Arturo was born to a couple living in Trost. Arturo's childhood was a normal one, he spent most of his life wondering what the world was like when the titans didn't exist. During his early teen years his father taught him how to sing so he could be a street performer to earn money. He later befriended a young woman named Hanji Zoe. He would always listen and ramble on about how cool she thought the titans were. After all of her talk Arturo himself grew interested in the titans and their origin. Later on in the years he heard Hanji had joined the military, and the Scouting Legion no less. But he wasn't really surprised that see did with her personality. She was living her dream while he was barely scraping by with singing on the streets. No more, he thought. He soon joined the military in hopes that he could aspire to the same heights as his friend.
